Website maintenance is in the client’s hands unless an SLA is signed for monthly maintenance. The client will receive printed or PDF documents explaining how to make changes to their website. But don’t worry! SLA’s are available annually or monthly for website upkeep depending on how often you require updates (weekly/monthly).
SLA’s include updates and back ups of the website. Changes requested will be applied and is done either weekly or monthly, depending on the SLA. Where no SLA is in place, the client will be charged an hourly fee of R250 for any changes requested after approval – one week testing allowed after launch.
